Prosecutor’s school
Prosecutor’s school is a state non-commercial organization, which was formed according to order of the RA Law “On Prosecutor's Office”.
The legislation of the school was established by the Prosecutor General according to the Decree N 46 on July 19’ 2007,and was registered by Erebuni territorial department of the of Legal entities state registry of RA on July 20’ 2007.
The aims of the School are:
• Staffing the system of prosecutor’s office with professionally trained personnel.
• Consistent improvement of professional knowledge and working skills of prosecutors and state sector employees of the staff .
• Realization of educational programmes by using contemporary scientific engineering and teaching methods.
• Assisting with the improvement of the legal system.
The functions of the School are:
• Organization and arrangement of the professional training of the persons included in the list of candidates of prosecutors, annual and additional training, retraining of the state sector employees of the Staff of the Prosecutor's Office.
• Development of professional training and retraining programmes, according to established order.
• Guaranteeing of continuity , transparence, publicity of educational process, raise of professional and qualification level of listeners, improvement of their working skills.
• Fulfillment of scientific researches.
• Organization and arrangement of seminars, congresses and scientific meetings in the sphere of public and humanitarian science .
• Cooperation with interstate and foreign state and public structures and interested physical persons.
The Heading of the School:
As a constitutive and authorized body the Prosecutor General implements the general government of the school , as an executive body - the headmaster.
The Prosecutor General implements the general government of the school, while the headmaster carries out the administration of current activities.
