Suggested to involve experts
The Prosecutor General suggested the Chairman of the human rights of the Council of Europe to involve international experts for consultation and taking part in examinations. Concerning this suggestion the Prosecutor General on March 14, 2008 sent a letter to UN Resident Coordinator, UNDP Resident Representative Consuelo Vidal.

Order:"On establishment of informing group in General Prosecutor’s office"
Taking into consideration that the criminal case initiated by the Special Investigation Service of RA on the fact of instigation and organization of mass disorder with the purpose to seize the power accompanied with violation of constitutional order drew a wide response and as the society has a right to get an objective information, in the Prosecutor's office of RA was established an informing group.

Behaved not like a deputy
The Prosecutor's office sent a letter to the Speaker of the National Assembly of RA, informing that the event mentioned in the application of Zaruhi Postanjyan and others is not true and is nothing else but a slanderous information. Zaruhi Postanjyan displayed a behavior that falls short with the image of legislative body representative.
