On the basis of evidence acquired through the prejudicial inquiry for hindering the work of the number 34/06 electoral precinct commission on February 19, 2008 Petros Makeyan and Shota Saghatelyan were charged against by point 3 of part 2 of Article 149 of the Criminal Code of the RA, and Ahot Zakaryan.
