Parliamentary election 2010. Launched criminal case on preventing the work of mass media in precinct 10/15

A criminal case was initiated by RA Special Investigation Service on preventing the work of a mass media representative in precinct 10/15.
By the materials prepared based on press publications, it turned out that on January 10, 2010, during the parliamentary by–election, a group of unknown people had entered the precinct 10/15 located in Secondary School 14 in Kajaznuni str., build. 12/1 and by using violence prevented the video recording of the mass media representative.
On January 15, 2010 a criminal case was launched according to the RA Criminal Code, Article 149, part 2, points 3 and 5 and the preliminary investigation is carried out. The results will be informed.
