The State Interests Protection Department of the RA General Prosecutor’s Office has initiated a criminal case on deliberate bankruptcy, forgery of documents and abuse of authority by the employee of an organization.
23.07.2010 Protocol on the 11th amendment to the Letter of Agreement on Narcotics Control and Law Enforcement between the Governments of the USA and Armenia signed
On July 23, 2010 the Armenian Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan and U.S. Ambassador Marie L. Yovanovitch signed a Protocol on the amendment to the Letter of Agreement on Narcotics Control and Law Enforcement between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of Armenia.
20.07.2010 Criminal group discovered
In the framework of the criminal case investigated by the General Investigation Department of the RA Police a criminal group has been discovered which assaulted citizens, broke into their houses by using weapons and seized property in large amount. Three persons have been charged. The prosecutor supervising the preliminary investigation of the criminal case has confirmed the bill of indictment and the criminal case has been sent to the Court.
